Primary objectives are to remove construction site operatives, and secondary objectives are to eliminate witness. The stickman on his phone is an undercover operative. He must be found and eliminated. On your second mission you will be instructed to remove drug dealing operatives. Your secondary objectives for that mission would be to remain invisible to the community. On your 3rd mission you shoot the boss once he moves to the room on the left and wait for the guy downstairs to also be in the room on the left. Find out the rest yourself.
