Honestly I am not quite sure what Mutilate A Doll game is about. There's a rag-doll and a whole bunch of tools and things you can do with it. Some of them truly are about cutting the doll's body parts in two, with all the blood squirting out and everything, but the game is not like a typical torture game. You can do other stuff, such as to change the background, add a moon and some stars, or drop in all kinds of objects such as clothes and hats. I don't see a point of changing the doll's outfit if you're gonna cut its head off later. Or, maybe I am missing something here. Anyway, for the most part, you will be using only your mouse, doing drag and drops, whether you cut thing off, or joining parts together, but with so many options, you might still want to check the tutorial first.
