This is Act 2, from the Stick Out series called "The Charge Attack". This game is about mafia guy wearing black hat and red scarf, holding a big gun as he shoots his way through the exit door. So this guy is going from point A to point B, from left to right, avoiding obstacles such as abyss and electric shocks, by jumping on and off the boxes and moving platforms and climbing up the steep walls and fighting big black giant insects. Some of these insects are flying insects, some are just crawling insects. You can shoot at them, or you can avoid a fight and jump over whatever you like.
