The training

The training will also teach you that, just like in any military base, there are restricted areas, guarded by other stickmen (that actually look identically to you). You will have a shooting and weapon swapping practice. Getting a new gun with better accuracy, larger max spread and hopefully smaller enemy 'recovery' parameter, is always a good idea. All these stats you can easily check in inventory ('Envy') - which pop us by pressing 'f' and allows you to closely examine the weapon.

You will also notice that walking along the long corridors and the whole practice part of the game - takes a bit longer than expected, which I didn't like too much.

.. Learning to use upgrades

Gun swapping scene was quite confusing for me, I admit. It took me a while to read all the lines, and to figure out how to actually swap the gun. If you did it correctly, you will notice a difference in shooting. After that, you need to go back to your advisor and press 'f' again. It seems that 'f' key is designed to work as item 'interaction' key. Some of lying upgrades (shiny green thingies on the floor) bring slight improvements to your existing weapons. Others can increase or bring back full health or 'emp' i.e. emitting deadly radial beam which kills all around. Some guns are so powerful that can bring down wooden walls.

Earning upgrades

Some of the upgrades won't just be sitting there for free. Some you will have to pay for. This is done by swapping gold for upgrades. The gold you earn by killing enemies and saving innocent civilians, which is your primary objective. Optionally, in case you feel lucky, there's a local slot machine you can use to increase your gold and buy even better weaponry - or, to lose everything on you:)

I am not doing the whole spoiler and from this point I will let you investigate this great stick military adventure on your own (risk).

After the training, the best part is yet to come.

Controls

As you will soon figure it out yourself, the controls are fairly simple and intuitive. WASD keys will get you going around in all directions, while the mouse in your hand becomes powerful gun. All it takes is to aim and shoot with left click. I see why the developer(s) decided not to go with arrow keys alternative, as this combo of keys and mouse is perfectly soothed for everyone.

In conclusion

The time will tell but according to my experience this game is going to become one of the best online stickman games this year. It takes some patience and time to learn the skill, as it was never meant to be a 10 mins game. It's built for true stickman fans along with all those guys out there who are impatiently hoping for a real zombie outbreak. It might just happen one day, who knows!
