Vex instructions are pretty straightforward. You don't ask why, just do. First, you need to follow the red arrow, which leads you towards the exit. While running, hold down to slide. Purple blocks are weak ones, they will fall down very soon, while orange ones are bouncy. Green flag is a checkpoint. Long falls can kill you too. If you press down arrow key while standing on an act block you will enter it. Swim by moving forward in direction you're facing. Brown blocks can be pushed...Press down on brown block to kick it. And so on and on. Ther's so many rules and basically you don't need to memorize them all because the in-game notifications pop up all the time telling you what to do and where to go. So just follow the instructions and make sure not to get killed. That's all.
