Journey To Construction Yard is a stickman flash game developed by PixelTeam in 2012 and sponsored by stickmangames247.com. This is basically the first StickmanGames247 flash game sponsored ever.

The game play takes place on a construction yard. The background image reveals cranes and a worker wearing protective helmet with a shovel in his hand. You are the little guy (stickman) on the left side of the screen. The mission is the same for all levels, and there are 6 of them, plus 1 bonus level. Your task is to try to get out from the yard. There are numerous obstacles on your way including angry workers who are chasing you with their shovels to get you. You have basically endless time and endless lives. The point of the game is to solve the maze and get out and you are allowed to make as many retries as you need. From that point of you, the game is lack of more obstacles, power ups and bonus points. On the other hand, some obstacles will take your full concentration, skill and cunningness to pass through, thus making game somewhat intriguing and adventurous.

Controls are simple. You use left and right arrow keys to move left or right. If you need to make a jump while running, press long 'X'. To climb up the steep walls the player needs to hold arrow key while simultaneously press 'X' rapidly to progress upwards. It may seem a bit tricky at first, but you will get much comfortable about this way of moving in just a several minutes.

As you can see on the image above, a green arrow is used as an indicator of moving direction throughout the level. It may also help you to avoid potential obstacles ahead, since the player is not aware of the danger in front of or below him. Adding a map as an option would make this aspect of the game much easier for the player. Unfortunately, there is no map in this game version.
